ITW Formex and Compuspace Press Release – Business Transfer

ITW Formex and Compuspace, LC are pleased to announce the transfer of CompuSpace, LC of Chesterfield, MO.’s business to ITW Formex in Carol Stream, Illinois. Compuspace is a leader in Data Center Cooling and Cable Management technologies. Compuspace products will be sold under ITW Formex including the patented PlenaFill®, Plena-Form® and Cable Tray Liners and accessories, effective April 1, 2025.

Website domain, e-mails, and telephone lines will forward to ITW as of April 1, 2025.
